DDCleaners LLC offers opportunities for advancement and the Route Manager / Team Leader works with a Partner Home Service Professional to provide an exceptional cleaning experience for our
customers. Each team completes our customers’ customized cleaning plans and upholds DDCleaner’s high standards for cleaning, which is backed by our satisfaction cleaning guarantee.
This position is held by a person with the added ability to effectively communicate with fellow team members and customers in a friendly, professional manner. Route Managers / Team Leaders should be extremely organized to document the daily route activity, perform a quality check of the cleaning, collect payments and ensure customers’ homes are locked and secure upon leaving.
As a cleaning company our customers –trust, each DDCleaners business is bonded and insured, which means our employees must satisfactorily complete a criminal background check. Each DDCleaners cleaning team has one maid who drives the DDCleaners vehicle, and drivers are required to have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. All employees must also legally be able to work in the United States.
